Thank you for shopping with Chance & Charms. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).


Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.
  • Orders that include live order-opening videos may require additional processing time.
  • During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended.

We reserve the right to adjust processing times as needed.

 

2. SHIPPING RATES

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Shipping rates apply per order and are calculated at checkout.
  • Standard and Express options available.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.

 

3. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Chance & Charms is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing (if applicable)
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, liability transfers to the carrier.

 

4. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

 

Chance & Charms is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Lost in transit
  • Stolen after delivery

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims for lost or stolen packages.

 

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

 

Orders cannot be canceled once processed.

 


International Shipping Policy



Chance & Charms is happy to offer international shipping to many countries.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Tracking updates may vary once the package leaves the United States.


Delays

Chance & Charms is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
