By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – MYSTERY PRODUCTS

All products sold by Chance & Charms are mystery or blind bag items. Contents are selected at random.

 

Due to the surprise nature of our products:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges
  • We do not offer refunds based on preference
  • We are not responsible for duplicate items
  • We do not guarantee specific items, colors, styles, or themes

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that you are buying a randomly selected assortment of items.

 

2. NO GUARANTEE OF VALUE OR RESALE

Items included in mystery bags may vary in style, color, and retail value. Chance & Charms does not guarantee a specific monetary value beyond the purchase price.

Products are intended for personal use only and not for resale.

 

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival or you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.

To file a claim, email:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging

Failure to provide required documentation may result in denial of your claim.

If approved, we may (at our sole discretion):

  • Issue a replacement
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a partial refund

 

4. SHIPPING ISSUES

Chance & Charms is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Carrier delays

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, liability transfers to the carrier.

 

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHARGEBACKS

Orders cannot be canceled once processed.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

  • Being banned from future purchases
  • Submission of order documentation to your payment provider
  • Collection actions if necessary

We reserve the right to dispute all fraudulent chargebacks.
